A Mindset Shift to Health

Our world is so bogged down with dis-ease and the thought of it. Statistics are getting doomier and gloomier than ever. It’s on the news and all over social media. And everyone has a hack or a gadget or a supplement to make it all go away. The mainstream medical world has a pill or shot for everything. But our society is still getting sicker.

Some of us with health challenges have become hyper focused on where our food comes from, what’s been done to it, our water quality, toxins in our environments, etc. If this is your reality, you know how much work it can be and how much headspace it consumes.

Being aware and proactive is awesome - it’s what encourages change and inspires companies and individuals to provide new and improved products and quality nourishment. But when this awareness turns into hyper vigilance and obsessive thinking, the conditions we are trying to overcome tend to get fueled by this imbalance of energetic output.

Quantum physics proves that our thoughts shape our realities. When we spend so much time thinking about what ails us and what we can do to make it stop, we put ourselves in a state of resistance. And what we resist persists.

I’ve been in the driver’s seat of this phenomenon. I used to pack my own food and load supplements into a pill organizer for vacations. I’ve read every label, dissected every ingredient, bought special water, stopped eating this thing, only ate that, etc. And guess what? Nothing really shifted for me until I freakin’ relaxed and started seeing my wellness through a different lens.

We have to believe we are capable of being immune to the health threats that are all around us, and not view them as such. When our energy vibrates at the same frequency as happiness, prosperity, gratitude and hope, then we experience vibrant health. When we vibrate at the same frequency as sadness, anger, resentment, envy, worry and restriction, our physical bodies portray these fear-based states in the form of physical ailments and dis-ease.

I’ve seen this happen to people I know. It’s very real.

For some people it can simply be a matter of deciding to BE a certain way: happy, grateful, loving and capable of receiving. It’s not easy for everyone to do, particularly if they’ve been in a deep state of depression, anger or grief for long periods of time. 

But what you won’t see on social media or hear about in the news is that we have so many simple tools at our fingertips to help shift these patterns! Circadian rhythm health is probably the cheapest and most attainable. Fueling our bodies with as many clean and whole foods as possible is another. And then there’s Energy Medicine!

Energy Medicine is a beautiful modality for shifting entrenched thought patterns and shedding emotional burdens. With it we can go straight to the root cause of our suffering without even talking about it. Our body’s energies are always up for a chat, and once we tap into what’s ready to release, it begins a magical unfolding of things that have been bottled up and weighing us down.

To truly heal means to be set free. And it all starts with our thoughts and intentions.
